Novabeautyproducts.com ships via UPS and Smartpost to continental U.S. addresses only. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Nova products purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Nova products, unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

We do not control User Content and make no representations or warranties about its accuracy or quality. User Content does not necessarily reflect our views.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security concerns. You agree not to register multiple accounts without permission.

Product availability may vary based on location and timing. Nova Beauty reserves the right to limit order quantities and refuse service.
