Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to Canada, the Caribbean, and South America. For orders outside the US, please be aware that you may be responsible for any import charges and taxes imposed by your local authority. Check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order. Note that redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment, and all delivery charges are subject to change.

When will payment be taken from my account?

For any order placed on our website or by phone, payment will be processed as soon as the order is placed and confirmed.

Where is my order?

You can easily track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History" tab.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

If you wish to send orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address. To streamline this process, you can store more than one address in your address book.

What if I'm not available to sign for the delivery?

Signatures may be required upon delivery, so ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. If you're unable to sign for the delivery yourself, make sure the person signing on your behalf is familiar with the process.

Are all products always available?

All orders are accepted subject to the availability of products. Prices will be those ruling at the order date.
